Ahhoowwwwch!!!! Holy Crap That Hurt! Sonofabi*$%!

2008 May 27

Yeah, the endometrial biopsy was not pleasant, but at least it was quick.  And now I’m cramping up which will probably hurt like a Bi*ch for the rest of the day.

On the brighter side, the gynedoc has taken pity on me and given me some good news.  She is still going to schedule the MRI to determine if I have endo, and if I do she will proceed with the Laproscopic surgery to get rid of it (as much as possible).  The good news is that she is going to refer me to a fertility clinic because a) I’ve been trying to get pregnant for over a year and 2) since I don’t have the typical symptoms of a person with endo she thinks a fertility specialist will likely proceed with treatment in spite of the endo since it appears to be such a mild case (if any at all).  Matter of fact, it appears to be on my bowel?!?(wtf!) and perhaps a little on my left ovary (ultrasound was inconclusive – thus, the MRI)

Huzzah! goin to a feriladoc!

Of course it will be weeks before the MRI comes up and weeks before the fertility clinic gets me in for an appointment, but at least my ttc plans are  not all shot to hell.

(I so didn’t get any actual work done today)

WOW. This IS promising news. Tho I hate those types of procedures. YOW! I get queazy just thinking about someone messing with my personal stuff.

Yeah and I never understood how distictly different parts of the body can be so connected.

How precise all these things are but all seem to be be floating around in pelvic space. Yet somehow intertwined.

I hope you know what I mean? :D

Anyway, this appears to be good news for you and I for one am waiting for upcoming news.
