3 Weeks, 5 Days Pregnant

So I got my Beta today and it’s 50.01 which, as ttc’ers know, is a great number for this early in a pregnancy.  Anything over 5 means your pregnant, and at my stage anywhere between 20 and 100 is right on track.

So, that means I am 3 weeks and 5 days pregnant today.  My due date is June 29, 2009.

I’m still in a bit of shock and denial.  I’ve been spotting since last night, but it’s been very scant and brown, and only on the tp when I wipe, which means it’s old blood (sorry if this is tmi, but if you’re gonna read this blog you’d better get used to it but quick, it’s all going downhill from here).  I suspect that the spotting might be implantation spotting, it could also be breakthrough bleeding since my period is technically due and those hormones are still on their regular routine, but I’m on Progesterone suppositories so there is no way that my period will actually come.

I go back for my second Beta on Monday.  By then my number should have doubled to 100 or more.  That will tell me that everything is progressing well.
